Rosalind Brown is Executive Director and co-founder of Mega Production. After running a modeling and dance studio in California, for over 20 years, she started Mega Production in Eugene, Oregon to provide important self-esteem-building opportunities for at-risk youth. Ms. Brown has a broad and extensive professional history, which includes years in Social Service for the County of Contra Costa. There, she worked with many families in need and youth who had limited access to various resources. Therefore, Ms. Brown utilized her expertise in the program design for Mega Production to help youth to develop the confidence to excel in school and pursue their dreams.
Mr. Kowen Telemaque aka King Clico
Mr. Clico is co-founder of Mega Production and Artistic Director of the music program. He brings a unique cultural blend from his home country of Dominca to Lane County. In Lane County, he will assist our youth with learning to blend of pop, hip hop, reggae and other genres. Mr. Clico teaches through a stage-based, performance oriented platform to help youth with identity, confidence and self projection in the music industry. Students will work on project, like video shoots, vocals, studio recordings.
